	Jquery Tooltip
	Qtip - Only 2K in size, removes title attribute on mouse over to eliminate overlaps, parses HTML in the titles, Bloat free. It does what it says and nothing more, tested and works in IE 5.5+, Firefox, Safari, Opera.
	JS/CSS Script
	BoxOver - BoxOver uses javascript / DHTML to show tooltips on a website. Implementation of the tooltips, however, requires no knowledge of DHTML or javascript.
	Tipster
	WZ Tooltip - An easy to use cross-browser Tooltip JavaScript Library.
	ClueTip - a jQuery-based, AJAX-powered tooltip developed by Karl Swedberg. The clueTip plug-in was inspired by Cody Lindley’s jTip script. Many feature ideas were provided by Shelane Enos. Glen Lipka and Jörn Zaefferer provided expert advice. Jonathan Chaffer helped a lot, but eschewed the co-author designation out of sheer modesty.
	MooTools Tooltip - MooTools is a compact, modular, Object-Oriented JavaScript framework designed for the intermediate to advanced JavaScript developer. It allows you to write powerful, flexible, and cross-browser code with its elegant, well documented, and coherent API.
	DHTML Tooltip - Presenting dyn-web’s 2008 tooltip with unobtrusive event handling and easy setup. The code offers a variety of options for source and type of tooltip content and flexible control of positioning, formatting and display. The code is object based, avoids the use of global variables and provides accessibility and device independent features.
	OverLIB - overLIB is a JavaScript library created to enhance websites with small popup information boxes (like tooltips) to help visitors around your website. It can be used to provide the user with information about what will happen when they click on a link as well as navigational help (see the examples below). Not to mention that it looks cool, is stable, and has an active developer community to boot!

	CSS Menu Descriptions - This is a CSS technique that could be useful if you want to give users accessible added content such as tool-tips, notifications, or alerts, without adding unnecessary clutter to your page. And since it doesn’t rely of JavaScript, it should be useful to everyone, even disabled users.
